PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a powder solid cosmetic which is free from such problems wherein: surface appearance and color on makeup are different from each other; a powder on a press surface is debonded in the production process and the mechanical strength of its own is not always high. SOLUTION: The method for producing a powder solid cosmetic includes subjecting a powder cosmetic to compressive molding using a press mold. In this method, in making the compressive molding, a porous resin film 70°or greater at 25°C in the contact angle with water and having micropores 500μm or less in size on its surface is interposed in between the powder cosmetic and the press mold.
