<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device not causing a sheet damage or sheet jam due to high curvature of a sheet conveying passage relative to a sheet high in sheet rigidity such as an envelope or cardboard without upsizing the casing thereof or a footprint. <P>SOLUTION: According to kinds of sheets, a conveying passage 1 or a conveying passage 2 is selected via a branch guide 10, and regardless of the selected sheet conveying passage, the sheet after image formation is discharged to the same paper discharge tray 6. When printing is performed to a sheet high in the sheet rigidity such as the envelope or cardboard, the sheet is discharged to the same paper discharge tray 6 by using the conveying passage 2 for both-side inversion with curvature smaller than that of the conveying passage 1 for discharging a normal sheet such as plain paper to the paper discharge tray 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
