<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain space saving and the simplification of lock operation while enabling the confirmation of a lock for preventing the come-off of an electronic card. <P>SOLUTION: A lock member 11 is provided to be movable between a lock release position where the member is retracted in the lateral direction of a card insert port 6a in a device body 5 and a lock position where the member faces the card insert port 6a.
