<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture such a hose by utilizing an existing hose manufacturing facility, by expanding a selection width of reinforced fiber usable for a hose wall, by enhancing the reinforcing effect of the hose wall by effectively integrating the reinforced fiber into the hose wall, in a reinforced fiber-containing flexible hose. <P>SOLUTION: This flexible reinforced hose 1 has a layer 2 of integrating a fiber reinforced body 21 and resin. The layer 2 is formed by superposing and spirally winding the net-like fiber reinforced body 21 and a resin strip belt 22 formed as a strip belt of a predetermined width. The fiber reinforced body 21 is spirally wound so that its mutual adjacent side edge parts overlap with each other in the layer 2. The resin strip belt 22 is sandwiched between the side edge parts 21a and 21b of the mutually overlapping fiber reinforced bodies, and the mutual resin strip belts 22 existing on both sides of the fiber reinforced body 21 are mutually integrally adhered via a mesh part of the fiber reinforced body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
