<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature assurance system for a steel plate in a manufacturing line for a thick steel plate, and to provide a method for manufacturing a thick steel plate excellent in dimensions and a shape. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing line for a thick steel plate includes a finish rolling mill and a cooling device, which is arranged on the conveying line in the downstream side of the finish rolling mill. In the manufacturing line, there are provided a temperature measuring means for measuring the temperature of a steel plate and an actual-temperature analysis means for analyzing the temperatures measured with the temperature measuring means, at the front and rear sides of the finish rolling mill and at the front and rear sides of the cooling device. The temperature measuring means is arranged as follows: a spot type radiation thermometer is disposed in the front side of the finish rolling mill above the conveying line, and a spot type radiation thermometer and a scanning type radiation thermometer are disposed in the rear side of the finish rolling mill and in the front and rear sides of the cooling device above the conveying line; and spot type fiber thermometers are disposed under the conveying line at positions where the spot type fiber thermometers are opposite to the spot type radiation thermometers and the scanning type radiation thermometers across the conveying line. A plurality of spot type radiation thermometers having two specifications of a high-temperature measuring use and a low-temperature measuring use are disposed in the rear side of the cooling device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
