SOLUTION: A high-voltage DC power supply includes a piezoelectric transformer which outputs an applied input voltage while transforming, a voltage doubler rectifier unit which transforms and rectifies the output voltage from the piezoelectric transformer to produce a high DC voltage, a DC high voltage output unit which outputs the output from the voltage doubler rectifier unit to the outside, an output detection unit which detects a DC signal produced by transforming and rectifying the output voltage from the piezoelectric transformer, and a PWM control unit which varies the pulse width of the input voltage being applied to the piezoelectric transformer according to an output voltage variable signal which varies based on a set function formula, and the comparison results of a signal detected by the output detection unit and the output voltage variable signal, wherein the DC high voltage output unit is turned on/off by turning the output voltage variable signal on/off each predetermined time.
