PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of easily performing copying-out under complicated setting conditions as desired, by reading an operation for setting conditions of a multi function image forming apparatus from a removable storage medium wherein output setting data are created outside in advance and registered. SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus includes: an HDD 120; a reader 102 for reading image formation setting conditions predetermined outside; a condition setter 103 for setting the read setting conditions to the HDD 120; and an image data generator 110 for performing image formation under the setting conditions that have been set.
