PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera allowing a wearable image display apparatus to display an image in consideration of easy framing when the wearable image display apparatus is used as a finder apparatus while exploiting the merit of the wearable image display apparatus as the finder apparatus, and the wearable image display apparatus which operates in cooperation with the camera. SOLUTION: Images are recorded sequentially in a recording unit 107 by an imaging unit 104 after the start of the operation of the camera 100. When images can be transmitted from the camera 100 to an FMD 200 and the movement of the camera 100 is detected by a moving direction detecting unit 109, a control unit 101 combines the images recorded in the recorder 107 up to that time, generates a combined image with an index indicative of a moving direction of the camera 100 added and transmits the combined image to the FMD 200.
