摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an microchemical apparatus using a microflow channel structure for achieving long-term continuous and repeated production of a fine particle having uniform size and uniform transfer of a reaction solution in an accurate microchemical apparatus using a minute space, and to provide a method for producing the fine particle. SOLUTION: The microflow channel structure includes: a fluid introduction port for introducing two or more fluids; a microflow channel where two or more fluids cross each other and for treating the fluid chemically or producing the fine particle or bubbles; and a fluid discharge port for discharging the chemically-treated fluid or the fluid containing the produced fine particle. The microchemical apparatus uses the microflow channel structure, and includes: a means for supplying two or more fluids to the microflow channel structure; a means for recovering a product produced by treating the fluids chemically or the fine particle produced from the fluids in the microflow channel structure; and a pressure measuring means 1C arranged, at the least, on the discharge side of the microflow channel structure.
