<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide footwear which attaches an ornament detachably without providing with any work on the body of footwear. Ž<P>SOLUTION: One end of a band 22 which consists of elastic fibers is attached on the bottom 21a of an ornament body 21. A first locking half body 23 is attached on one end or the bottom 21a of the band 22. A second locking half body 24 is attached on the other end of the band 22. The first locking half body 23 and the second locking half body 24 are capable of fit and fit release. After the band 22 is twisted around the sandal thong 12 of a beach shoe 10, an ornament is attached to the beach shoe 10 by the fit of the first locking half body 23 and the second locking half body 24.
