A tubular liner (10) has an open proximal end (26) and a closed-end distal area (24), and a fabric layer (12) continuously defining an exterior surface (ES) of the liner (10) without interruption. A polymeric layer (14, 16) having first and second surfaces is bonded to the interior surface of the fabric layer (12). A seam (18) is formed by opposed sides (20, 22) of the fabric layer (12) joined together and forming an excess portion directed toward the cavity of the liner. The excess portion is embedded in the polymeric layer (14, 16).
