<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contain manufacturing cost while maintaining the mechanical strength in a sealed secondary battery. <P>SOLUTION: The battery module 110 of a sealed secondary battery is formed by heating and adhering a lid 113 and an integrated battery case 114. The integrated battery case 114 is formed of a polymer alloy with a polyolefin resin containing a polyphenylene-ether resin, and the lid 113 or the side lid 122 is formed of a polypropylene based resin. The polypropylene based resin of the lid 113 or the side lid 122 has an nucleating agent added, thereby, mechanical strength is improved, and by making it a high molecular weight, melt flow rate MFR is reduced to nearly same as that of the polymer alloy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
