PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal providing a proper content during driving.

SOLUTION: The mobile terminal 10 includes: a mobile communication part 12 for communicating with a content provision server; a vehicle communication part 14 for communicating with an automobile information apparatus managing vehicle information; an automobile information apparatus retrieval part 18 retrieving the automobile information apparatus 40 present on the periphery; a vehicle information obtaining part 20 obtaining the vehicle information from the automobile information apparatus 40; a content obtaining part 22 obtaining a content from the content provision server 1; a table 32 storing output content information indicating the content to be output associatively to the vehicle information; an output state determination part 24 reading the output content information corresponding to the vehicle information from the table 32, and determining an output state based on the output content information; and a display part 26 displaying the content on a display 28.
