<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively utilizing slag generated in an electric furnace, in a steel-making process. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to the method for utilizing the electric furnace slag, when molten iron is subjected to desiliconizing and dephosphorizing treatment in a converter, the electric furnace slag is charged as a part of slag-making agent, and in this utilizing method, the electric furnace slag quantity charged into the converter, is charged so that the ratio to the slag quantity generated by the desiliconizing and dephosphorizing treatment, becomes 5 to <30% and further, this slag is charged into the converter between the period after 70% and before 90% after starting, during the time from the starting to the finishing of the desiliconizing and dephosphorizing treatment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
