<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device for locking a locking claw with a locking frame that causes no gap between engagement faces to thereby prevent backlash. <P>SOLUTION: The locking device is provided in a first member and a second member that are mounted on a wire harness and are joined to each other. A locking piece projecting toward the first member is provided in the second member. In a middle part in the projecting direction of the locking piece, a downward-facing U-shaped slit is formed to form a movable locking claw that can be opened outward on the lower side not surrounded by the slit as a pivot. A locking frame is formed in a projecting manner on the outer surface of the first member, and a protrusion for pushing the locking claw is formed on a portion of the outer surface of the first member below the locking frame. The locking claw of the locking piece that has been passed through a space surrounded by the outer surface of the first member and the locking frame is opened outward by the protrusion for pushing the locking claw.
