<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access control system for performing access control wherein infection prevention in a control target section is considered when a pandemic such as new influenza occurs. <P>SOLUTION: The access control system performing access to the prescribed control target section E based on information stored in an IC card carried by an accessing person includes: a first means deciding whether the accessing person wears a mask, and writing data indicating that the accessing person is qualified with respect to the mask wearing into the IC card carried by the accessing person as time information when the accessing person wears the mask; a second means deciding whether the accessing person has executed a hand wash, and writing data indicating that the accessing person is qualified with respect to the hand wash execution into the IC card carried by the accessing person as time information when the accessing person has executed the hand wash; and a third means deciding whether body temperature of the accessing person is normal temperature, and writing data indicating that the accessing person is qualified with respect to the body temperature into the IC card carried by the accessing person as time information when the body temperature of the accessing person is the normal temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
