PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crude light oil conveying system catching foreign matter contained in a crude light oil to be conveyed from a storage tank and readily removing the caught foreign matter, and a magnet filter used therefor. SOLUTION: Foreign matter contained in a crude light oil conveyed from a storage tank 11 to a conveying passage 15 is caught by a foreign matter-removing device 13 provided in the conveying passage 15, and removed along with the crude light oil through a branch opening 133 into a branch passage 16. The foreign matter contained in the crude light oil passing through the branch passage 16 is caught by a magnet filter 14 utilizing magnetic force. In this way, foreign matter contained in a crude oil to be conveyed through a storage tank 11 is caught by a magnet filter 14 included in a branch passage 15 branched from a branch port 133 of a foreign matter-removing device 13, instead of being removed by opening the foreign matter-removing device 13 included in the conveying passage 15, thereby easily removing the caught foreign matter.
