PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a all-solid-state electrochromic element including a chromic layer provided on a paper substrate and repetitively exhibiting a color at high contrast with low current and low voltage. SOLUTION: In the fully solid type electrochromic element 10 including a first substrate, and an electrode layer, a first ion supplying layer, a second ion supplying layer, a solid electrolyte layer, a coloring layer, a transparent electrode layer and a second substrate, which are sequentially layered on one surface of the first substrate. The first ion supplying layer comprises lithium manganate of a spinel structure, and the second ion supplying layer comprises iron lithium phosphate of an olivine structure.
