PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclining device of a seat which is manufactured with a simple structure at low costs and decreases an installation area. SOLUTION: The reclining device includes a device body 2 having a reclining lever 5 and a walk-in lever 1. The walk-in lever 1 includes a walk-in lever operation part 12 and a reclining lever abutting part 11b. When the walk-in lever 1 rotates as the walk-in lever operation part 12 performs pull-up operation, the reclining lever abutting part 11b abutting on the reclining lever 5, performs press operation to associate the reclining lever, and moves the sheet back 101 forward.
