<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel liposome utilizable as a cell-tissue sensing probe, and to provide a method that can efficiently bind an antibody to the surface of a liposome using a low-concentration antibody solution. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An antibody-modified liposome is provided. The antibody-modified liposome may comprise: (A) a liposome; (B) a blood serum albumin bound to the liposome; (C) a spacer bound to the blood serum albumin on the surface of the liposome; and (D) an antibody bound to the spacer.
