PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load receiving platform elevating device capable of preventing decrease of a shipping space for a load on a platform when not in use, and a removing method thereof. SOLUTION: A base bracket 3 for supporting, via a support body 7 and an arm body 4, the load receiving platform 2 on which the load is placed is fixed on the platform 11 of a freight car C by a bolt 12 and a nut body 27. When the load receiving platform elevating device 1 is not in use, the load receiving platform elevating device 1 is set in a storage state or a grounding state. Then, the fixture of the base bracket 3 by the bolt 12 and the nut body 27 is canceled, and the base bracket 3 is removed from the platform 11. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
