PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunshade device capable of turning a light-shielding plate irrespective of a shape of a guide rail. SOLUTION: The sunshade device 10 includes a pair of guide rails 26a, 26b for guiding the draw of the light-shielding plate 20, and a pair of supporting members 22 which support the light-shielding plate 20 and are mounted movably on the guide rails 26a, 26b, respectively. The pair of guide rails 26a, 26b are arranged so as to be brought close to each other along the drawing direction of the light-shielding plate 20. The light-shielding plate 20 and the supporting members 22 are mounted so as to be relatively movable to each other according to the reduction of the distance between the pair of guide rails 26a, 26b holding the light-shielding plate 20 as the light-shielding plate 20 is drawn, and so that the light-shielding plate 20 is turnable according to the relative movement.
