<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a laminated nonwoven fabric having a smooth surface, rich in flexibility, and also having sufficient strength. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a laminated nonwoven fabric of spun-bonded web includes: (1) a first step of laminating one or a plurality of web layers together; (2) a second step of applying a softener to one or the plurality of webs; and (3) a third step of passing one or the plurality of webs between a first and second hot-embossing rolls. In the third step, as for the first and the second hot-embossing rolls, the respective teeth are not engaged with one another, and the projections of the first hot-embossing roll and those of the second hot-embossing roll and the recessed parts of the first embossing roll and those of the second embossing roll are disposed so as to face each other, respectively.
