<p>A compact heat exchanger-integrated reaction device provided with a stacked plate-type heat exchange section and a reaction section, the reaction device being provided with a small number of outgoing and return ducts for the reaction section which are formed without increasing the volume of the entire reaction device to an unnecessarily large level, the reaction device having high heat recovery performance, wherein the ducts are provided close to the heat exchange section. An integrated duct for causing regions having openings, out of which a processed fluid flows, and at least one outgoing duct for the reaction section to communicate with each other, and a distribution duct for causing at least one return duct for the reaction section and regions having openings, into which the heat exchange section flows, to communicated with each other are provided between the heat exchange section and the ducts. The integrated duct and the distribution duct are located between one side surface of the heat exchange section and the outgoing and return ducts for the reaction section, and the above configuration is obtained by opening a part of a surface in contact with the heat exchange section and the ducts.</p> |
