METHOD FOR SENDING ACCESS NETWORK POLICIES AND HOME ACCESS NETWORK DISCOVERY AND SUPPORT FUNCTIONS UNIT

A method for sending access network policies and a home access network discovery and support functions unit are provided. The method involves that the home access network discovery and support functions (H-ANDSF) receives a home access network request message sent by a terminal, wherein, a visit network message mark bit is carried in the home access network request message, the visit network message mark bit is used for indicating whether the terminal receives a visit access network request response message successfully and integrally; the H-ANDSF sends the access network policies to the terminal according to the visit network message mark bit. The embodiment mentioned above can solve the problem that the access network policies provided by the H-ANDSF come into conflict with the access network policies provided by the visit access network discovery and support functions (V-ANDSF) in the ramble condition, so the terminal can select and switch the access network successfully according to the received access network policies.
