PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for control of pressure in a flow system for use in a biochemical autoanalyzer, capable of functioning independently from the biochemical autoanalyzer. SOLUTION: The control system includes: a sampling pump 1 which aspirates the sample liquid and discharges it to a dilution cell through a sample pipette; a sampling cleaning pump 4 for cleaning the above sample pipette 2; a solenoid valve 8 prepared between the above sampling pump 1 and the sampling cleaning pump 4; a check valve 7 prepared between the above sampling cleaning pump and a pure water tank; a pressure sensor 9 prepared between the above sampling cleaning pump 4 and the check valve 7; and a controller 10 to output alarm signal when both upper limit and lower limit thresholds of the pressure sensor 9 are defined and then the output of the above pressure sensor 9 exceeds the above upper limit threshold or falls below the above lower limit threshold.
