PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel pipe fixing structure capable of fixing a fuel pipe to a vehicle body stably by a simple configuration and further assuring an earth connection for the fuel pipe. SOLUTION: A fuel pipe fixing structure 10 is a structure for use in fixing a fuel pipe 12 to a vehicle body 20 by fixing supporting members 18 for supporting the fuel pipe 12 to the vehicle body 20 coated with rust-proof coating P. This fixing structure 10 includes a bolt 26 protruded from the vehicle body 20 and coated with the rust-proof coating P and an electrical conductive cap nut 38 capable of removing the rust-proof coating P placed at a threaded part 26a of the bolt 26 when it is fastened to the bolt 26, wherein the supporting members 18 are formed by electrical conductive resin material and are fixed to the vehicle body 20 with the bolt 26 and the cap nut 38.
