PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of measuring temperature of secondary batteries directly laminated. SOLUTION: A battery module 10, wherein a plurality of secondary batteries 30A-30D for each sealing a power generation element inside an outer package member 31 are prepared as a flange 32 is formed by pasting outer peripheries of the outer package member 31 and the secondary batteries 30A-30D are directly laminated, comprises a spacer 43 held between the flanges 32 of the adjacent secondary batteries 30B, 30C, and a thermistor 70 for measuring temperature of the secondary batteries 30B, 30C. The spacer 43 has a first insertion groove 437 for inserting the thermistor 70 into a space S partitioned by the adjacent secondary batteries 30B, 30C and the spacer 43.
