PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a foreign substance captured by a filter, without decomposing a pressure reducing valve. SOLUTION: An entrance 5 and an exit 6 are formed on a body 1. A valve body 9 for opening and closing a valve port 8 to communicate the entrance 5 and the exit 6 is disposed below the valve port 8, in such a manner as to be energized by a valve body spring 19 to a valve closing direction. The valve port 8 is opened and closed by that the valve body 9 by being driven by the displacement of a bellows 4 via an operating rod 11. A cylindrical filter 20 surrounding the valve body 9 and the valve body spring 19 is disposed between a valve seat 7 and the bottom portion of the body 1. A foreign substance removing member 30, slidably contacting to the inner circumference of the filter 20, is screw-coupled with the bottom portion of the body 1, to be movable backward and forward with a screw. The valve body spring 19 is disposed between the foreign substance removing member 30 and the valve body 9. A foreign substance removing hole 31 is provided on the filter 20, and also a foreign substance removing path 32 communicating with the outside of the system is provided on the foreign substance removing member 30. When the foreign substance removing member 30 is screw-advanced, the valve body 9 closes the valve port 8 by compression of the valve body spring 19, and the foreign substance removing hole 31 of the filter 20 is made communicate with the foreign substance removing path 32 of the foreign substance removing member 30.
