PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panorama VR file capable of observing an object from an optional direction and for displaying an image in which a texture reproduction power is high. SOLUTION: A panorama VR file providing apparatus 20 includes a receiving unit 22 for receiving request information including selection data and view point data corresponding to a selected object and a back ground, an extracting unit 23 for extracting data of the selected object and the back ground from a storage unit 21, a rendering processing unit 24 for producing image data around a view point position designated by the view point data, a file producing unit 25 for producing the panorama VR file based on produced image data, and a transmission unit 26 for transmitting the panorama VR file to a terminal device 10.
