PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer/fixing device which makes effective use of energy which is required for coping with the surface concavity and convexity of a recording material. SOLUTION: The transfer/fixing device 50 includes a transfer belt (transfer body) 2, to which a toner image 10 formed by an image-forming part 1 is transferred; pressure-fixing rollers (pressure fixing means) 3, 4 which transfer the toner image 10 on the transfer belt 2 onto a recording paper sheet (recording material) 5 and execute fixing at the same time; a pair of pressure rollers (pressing means) 12 which presses against the recording paper sheet 5; and a heating lamp (heating means) 6 which heats the recording paper sheet 5, which is pressed by the pair of pressure rollers 12, in a noncontact manner.
