<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow continuous sucking up of a liquid inside a container without complicated effort. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A pipe 11 pumps the liquid up from the container 20. A hole opening member 13 is formed on an outside of the pipe 11 for breaking through a sealing member 21 which covers an opening of the container 20, to make an open area of a hole 22 to be formed in the sealing member 21 larger than a cross section of the pipe 11. The hole opening member may be formed on a periphery of the pipe 11, and may be formed in a polygonal shape, e.g. square or star, when viewed from an end of the pipe 11.
