PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knitted fabric with three-dimensional structure which is capable of obtaining a good cushioning property and also excellent in touch, and when used as various sheet materials especially by being spread on a chair frame, without having a bottom-touching feeling and giving a good seating feeling. SOLUTION: The knitted fabric with three-dimensional structure which is constituted by a surface texture, lining texture, and linking part, contains a polyester monofilament elastic yarn in any of the surface texture or lining texture of the knitted fabric, and the knitted fabric has (a) a thickness of 2.0-7.0 mm. (b) a total fineness of linking yarns of 7,920-495,000 dtex/(2.54 cm)<SP>2</SP>, (c) a workload compression (WC) when applying a load of 0 gf/cm<SP>2</SP>in the thickness direction of the knitted fabric at 1 mm/sec speed of not less than 10.0, and (d) a resilience compression (RC) when applying a load of 50 gf/cm<SP>2</SP>in the thickness direction of the knitted fabric at 1 mm/sec speed of not less than 40.0.
