The present invention intends to improve the public lightening and industrial lamps upon providing power consumption savings of up to 80%, which is attained by the cabinet position and the LEDS's fixation, thereby improving the performance of the lamps and saving in material costs. Said lamps use solid state electronic components as illumination source, which are best known as LEDs and which use phosphorus for producing a high illumination intensity.
