CURING AGENT FOR TWO-COMPONENT POLYURETHANE RESIN COATING, PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF, AND TWO-COMPONENT POLYURETHANE RESIN COATING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a curing agent for a two-component polyurethane resin coating capable of effectively improving a problem of impairment of solvent resistance; a production method thereof; and the two-component polyurethane resin coating.

SOLUTION: This curing agent for the two-component polyurethane resin coating contains a modified polyisocyanate, as a main component, produced by modifying a polyisocyanate with a modifier mixture comprising: a first modifier containing a hydroxy group and a functional group developing a basic catalytic ability in a reaction with a main agent having active hydrogen; and a second modifier containing a hydroxy group and a functional group developing an acidic catalytic ability in a reaction with the main agent having active hydrogen. Preferably, the polyisocyanate contains at least one of an isocyanurate group and an allophanate group, the first modifier is a hydroxy group-containing amine compound, the second modifier is a hydroxy group-containing acid compound, and the main agent is an acrylic resin.
