摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide NiCuZn ferrite which can make initial permeability large in high-frequency range and is preferably applicable to applications in the high-frequency range. <P>SOLUTION: The composition of the NiCuZn ferrite contains &ge;47 mol% to &le;50 mol% iron oxide, &ge;17.5 mol% to &le;25.5 mol% nickel oxide, &ge;9 mol% to &le;19 mol% zinc oxide and the balance copper oxide as essential constituents and &ge;0.5 wt.% to &le;7 wt.% bismuth oxide and &ge;0.3 wt.% to &le;1.5 wt.% silicon oxide as accessory constituents. The sintered body obtained from the composition works so that the characteristics of each mixed material is mutually functioned and has the initial permeability &mu;<SB>i</SB>of &ge;25 in 200 MHz frequency as a characteristic of the material. Since silicon oxide is added with bismuth oxide as the accessory constituent, it forms uniform dispersion in a crystal boundary, the firing at relatively low temperature contributes to suppress the average particle diameter after firing to about 1 &mu;m and as a result, the high-frequency characteristics are excellently attained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
