<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back surface protection sheet for a solar cell module having excellent steam barrier properties and excellent bending resistance that suppresses reduction in the steam barrier properties when the sheet is bent. <P>SOLUTION: The back surface protection sheet for a solar cell module wherein a gas barrier layer comprised of a silicon nitride is stacked on at least one of the surfaces of a base sheet and a fluorine resin layer is stacked on the other of surfaces of the base sheet or the gas barrier layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
