摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a radiation photoconductive layer of a radiation detector by a coating method while achieving a high filling factor of inorganic semiconductor particles. <P>SOLUTION: Dispersion liquid in which at least inorganic semiconductor particles and a binder are dispersed is coated on a temporary support 1 so as to form a coating film 2. The coating film 2 is subjected to thermal compression treatment so as to form a radiation photoconductive layer 2'. The radiation photoconductive layer 2' is joined to an active matrix layer 5 on which a large number of switching elements are arrayed. By this, the radiation photoconductive layer 2' is arranged such that charges are generated in response to irradiation of an electromagnetic wave carrying image information so as to allow the active matrix layer 5 to read the charges. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
