<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunochromatographic method capable of quantification in a low concentration range and a high concentration range by greatly expanding a specimen quantifiable range than before. <P>SOLUTION: The chromatographic method, detecting a test substance, includes the steps of (a) conducting a first optical concentration measurement for quantifying an acquired labeled substance, (b) amplifying the acquired labeled substance, (c) conducting a second optical concentration measurement for quantifying the amplified labeled substance, and (d) quantifying the test substance based on values of the first optical concentration measurement and/or the second optical concentration measurement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
