PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid supply apparatus and a droplet discharge apparatus preventing a liquid feeding failure caused by the erroneous detection of a liquid quantity stored in a storage tank. SOLUTION: An abnormality signal is output when a liquid level sensor 162 detects that the liquid level is in a predetermined position in the driven state of a first circulating pump 172 and a fourth circulating pump 192 from the time when the liquid level sensor 162 detects that the liquid level is in the predetermined position until the liquid level falls from the predetermined position.
