PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a premium acquisition game machine in which no electronic process is interposed between game subject achievement and the put-out of a premium and it is also easy to prepare a premium mounting board of two or more up-and-down steps. SOLUTION: The premium acquisition game machine has a game means which can move in two directions, which are at least almost perpendicular to each other, by the operation of a player, a shielding plate prepared mostly parallel to a plane which the two directions, which are almost perpendicular to each other, make, a first target hole established in the shielding plate, a first premium mounting board in which one end is rotatably connected, a support body shaft almost vertically and rotatably fixed, a first support body attached to the support body shaft, and a support body rotation branch attached to the support body shaft, the support body can almost horizontally support the premium mounting board and can release the supporting of the premium mounting board if the support body shaft revolves, and the support body rotation branch can rotate the support body shaft by being moved by the game means which passes through the first target hole.
