<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hold down (drawing) hardware which is formed only by bending-processing of a steel plate while achieving miniaturization, a high degree of yield strength, simple and easy construction and cost reduction. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The steel plate is bent in a U shape with side walls vertically provided on both sides of a semi-circle part. Then the side walls are bent horizontally outside, and a square-shaped part is provided which consists of a horizontal part and a vertical part of about 1 cm left on a top end of the side wall. A several of screw holes are bored on the flat plate, and embossing for reinforcing strength is provided between the screw holes to be served as an attachment part to a structural member. As for deformation-resistant performance, the deformation of an anchor-bolt insertion hole is prevented by a channel-shaped washer. A back plate is not provided, but the anchor bolt is covered with the hold down (drawing) hardware from the front.
