PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance cooling and heating performance and improve heat balance of a vehicle body by securing a required pressurizing amount in a cab and preventing the entry of dust into the cab even though a blow-out air amount or air-conditioning load varies. SOLUTION: An air conditioner 30 with inside air circulation/outside air introduction switching function is provided in a cab 14. An inside air introduction port 34 and outside air introduction port 31 are constituted so as to allow open/close control by a switching damper 37. The air conditioner 30 includes a drive motor 40 for turning and driving the switching damper 37 and a controller 42 for outputting a command signal to the drive motor 40. The outside air introduction amount can be successively or in multistages adjusted by displacing the switching damper 37 to an optimum turning position in response to a change in a blow-out air amount or air-conditioning load.
