<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice transplanter which can simply form a transmission structure of a land-leveling rotor for taking out a power on the side of the land-leveling rotor and can improve workability for assembling the transmission structure of the land-leveling rotor, and the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The rice transplanter is characterized by disposing a rear wheel travel input shaft 75 for transmitting a power from an engine 21, a distribution shaft 91 which is synchronized with the rear wheel travel input shaft 75 to transmit the power to right and left rear wheels 4, and a land-leveling rotor-driving shaft 85 which is synchronized with the rear wheel travel input shaft 75 to transmit the power to the land-leveling rotor 80, in a rear axle case 33, connecting the distribution shaft 91 to the rear wheel travel input shaft 75 through a bevel gear 100a for the distribution shaft and a bevel gear 107 for synchronization, and offset-disposing the land-leveling rotor-driving shaft 85 through the rear wheel travel input shaft 75 in the direction separated from the bevel gear 107 for the synchronization, on the flat view.
