The present invention relates to an electrically powered height adjustment pillow and more specifically, to a pillow wherein the height is automatically adjusted depending upon the load applied to the pillow, or the height of the pillow is adjusted to a desired height depending on the choice of a user so that the pillow may be easy and comfortable to use. The present invention comprises a case that serves as the body of the pillow and is internally vacant to accommodate a built-in height adjustment device, a drive part that is mounted in said device to elevate said top plate, a movable unit that is interfaced with said drive part to move said top plate up and down, a load detection means that detects the weight load value applied onto said top plate, and a control part that controls the drive of said drive part based on the weight load detection information delivered from said load detection means. The present invention additionally comprises an on/off switch that turns on or off the power supply that is applied to said controller part and said drive part, and a mode selection switch that is used to select the drive mode of said drive part. |
