<p>A voice information outputting apparatus eliminates an unnatural information output. A data attribute specifying section (42) analyzes and specifies the genre of character string information data received in a character string data form by a data receiving section (41), and the attribute of the degree of emergency. A data converting section (43) converts the character string information data to voice information data (ED) of a voice data form. A data combining section (44) selects introduced words voice data (BD), a connecting words voice data (CD), and final words voice data (FD) which correspond to the attribute of the voice information data (ED), and couples those data to the voice information data (ED) to synthesize voice output information data of the voice data form. In outputting voice output information data to a user, declaration before outputting voice information data (ED), words connecting between the voice information data (ED), or communication of the end of the outputting of the voice information data (ED) is expressed in a natural phrase.</p> |
