The present invention relates to a method for preparing a composite material containing 15 to 60 wt % of nanotubes, including: (a) feeding, into a compounding device, a liquid polymeric composition containing at least one thermosetting resin in the liquid state, nanotubes, and optionally a rheological modifier, (b) mixing the polymeric composition and nanotubes inside said device, so as to form a composite material, (c) recovering the composite material, optionally after transformation into an agglomerated solid physical form such as granules. The invention also relates to the resulting composite material, as well as to the use thereof for manufacturing a composite product.
