An injection device 100 for injecting a substance into an organism 1 comprises a guide device 10 with a lumen 11 in which a syringe 21 is adjustably arranged, a displacement device 20 to which the syringe 21 is connected, and a holder 30 for the guide 10 and displacement devices 20. The guide 10 and displacement devices 20 are arranged on the holder 30 such that their relative position with regard to each other and to the holder 30 can be adjusted independently. This arrangement allows for more precise injection of a substance into an organism 1.
