METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OPTICAL COMPONENT, OPTICAL COMPONENT AND OPTICAL EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the sticking of an optical component on a forming die to improve production yield.

SOLUTION: A preliminary molded body 1 made of a material to manufacture the optical component 2 is supplied to the forming die and the forming die is closed and clamped. The surface shape of the forming die is transferred to the preliminary molded body 1 by heating and pressing the preliminary molded body 1. The forming die is opened to take out the molded optical component 2. The preliminary molded body 1 has a concave surface part 1a (curved surface part) to transfer the surface shape of the forming die and an outer peripheral part 1b provided on the periphery of the concave surface part 1a and pressed to a support part of the forming die in the transfer step. In the outer peripheral part 1b, a groove part 1c extending toward the outer peripheral end of the outer peripheral part 1b from the concave surface part 1a is provided.
