<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device capable of efficiently cooling a server in a server rack. <P>SOLUTION: A partition wall 8 for partitioning the inside of a casing 2 into a first chamber 9 and a second chamber 10 is provided. A first intake port of air Ao is formed in front of the partition wall 8 of the casing 2, and a second intake port 22 of the air Ao is formed in the rear of the partition wall 8 of the casing 2. An evaporator 4 is arranged at the front side F of the partition wall 8, and a first fan 11 is provided at the front side of the evaporator 4. Cold air Ac cooled by the evaporator 4 is blown vertically along the front face of each server. A drain water evaporation part 70 is provided in a space at a rear end 2d in the casing 2, and drain water introduced by a drain water passage is evaporated in the drain water evaporation part 70.
